The house is situated near the town of Plonéour-Lanvern, near Pont-l'abbé in the south of "finistère" department
It contains 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living and kitchen, a terrace and a park, and is up to 6 persons and a baby.
The kitchen is completely equipped (dishwasher) and the gite is classified for the "clef-vacances" label ( 3 keys)

The rent is weekly made from Saturday, 16 o'clock to next Saturday, 10 o'clock:

high season (weeks 29 to 33 - from mid july to mid august) : 800 euros

medium saison (weeks 19 to 28 and 34 to 39 - from mai included to mid july and from mid august to september included) : 700 euros

low season (rest of the year : october to april) : 600 euros

The price gets all inclusive (water, electricity, tax, heating)
5 % discount for two weeks, 7% for three and 10 % for four

3 days Week end in low season (2 nights) : 400 euros

Housework at the end of the stay : 50 euros (unless you do it yourself)

reservation : 25%
caution : 300 euros, back at the end of the stay

Pet animals not accepted

Reservation : 25% given back if annulation is made two month before begining of the stay
Deposit cheque : 300 euros at begining of the stay, given back at the end.
